Freedom

The subject we are about to discuss is one that is so simple but so complex. Are we free in Christ or are we not? What makes it simple is that our freedom is ALL about GOD, not about us. What makes it complex is that we make it religious and about us. Most of us believe we are free in Christ but we are only trapped in our religious rheteric. What does true freedom look like? What does it feel like? Where does it come from? Have you asked these questions? Do you wonder"if I'm free why do I feel so guilty? Why am I not a better christian? Why do I fell trapped?" These are some tough questions. So what does TRUE freedom look like...well it looks like you, if you have accepted GOD's free gift of grace and salvation. You are free already!!! GOD did all the work. When we accepted HIM (that very second) we were sealed for eternity. HIS Holy Spirit came to live inside of us. He changed our sinful nature to HIS Holy nature. WE NO LONGER HAVE A SIN NATURE!!! We can no longer sin. How can that be when I sin everyday? Sounds radical huh!! Well when has GOD been anything but radical. Everytime HE changed the world it was radical. TAKE OFF YOUR RELIGION FOR A MOMENT. BELIEVE GOD AND HIS WORD!!! more later....
